We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a major data centre project in Sweden. This is a hands-on, site-based role, responsible for managing all aspects of the electrical scope, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage the electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning activities on site
• Develop and maintain electrical project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or issues
• Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, standards, and client requirements
• Lead site inspections, quality control checks, and testing procedures for all electrical systems
• Prepare regular reports and provide updates to senior management on project progress, costs, and risks
• Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all electrical works comply with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Mentor and guide electrical team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
• Current EU passport or rights to work in Sweden is essential for this role
• Proven experience managing electrical works on large-scale construction projects, preferably data centres or industrial facilities
• Strong knowledge of electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning processes
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and risk effectively
• Relevant electrical or engineering qualification
